Hospitalized Again
Mom is in the hospital again.
She's at Stanford Medical Center b/of her knee. The left leg was twice the size of the right and beyond painful. She finally got a room at 2am this morning, and Dad says that she'll be going under a lot of testing the next few days. Treatment plan thus far: 1) a few days of fighting the newest infection to her body, and 2) the orthopedic people will figure out how to fix her bad leg/knee replacement-gone-bad. Appearently, Mom has been walking, or trying to walk on, a broken leg. The fake knee is still attached to her thigh bone, but the bottom part of the knee isn't just loose, but has broken the bone as well.
